Month of Coordination | $1,800
Do you have most of your wedding details ironed out but require some help finessing the final details? With our Month of Coordination package, we help you confirm vendors, draft the timelines and tie up any last minute details that still need to get done.
On-site for your wedding rehearsal, we also act as the point of contact on the big day itself. We do everything we can to ensure you spend your wedding day as you envision – without worrying about any of the small stuff!
Package Includes: Rehearsal, approximately 10 hours of service on your wedding day, complete full set-up and tear-down.
Month of Coordination + Curated Design | $2,600
Our Month of Coordination and Curated Design package offers couples everything from our Month of Coordination package plus design services. To help create the vision for your wedding, we listen carefully to you and your partner’s needs and are happy to offer recommendations. Using our creative eye for detail, we source our vendor partners for the perfect stationery design, tablescape design, florals, table linens and décor items, and furniture rentals.
Package Includes: Rehearsal, approximately 10 hours of service on your wedding day, complete full set-up and tear-down.
Wedding Planning | $4,500+
Planning a wedding can take over 250 hours – time that many busy couples simply do not have. Our comprehensive wedding planning package provides you with complete support throughout the entire process.
After learning about your wedding day desires, we’ll devise an organized plan to make it materialize. From finding the perfect venue to completing event logistics, we’ve got your wedding under control! Along the way to the big day, we’ll keep you on top of your to-dos and gently remind you of anything that needs to be completed. We will be the first on site and the last to leave.
This all-inclusive package is best for couples who want to reduce/eliminate unnecessary stress and fully enjoy the wedding planning process.
Package Includes: Rehearsal, approximately 12 hours of service on your wedding day, two coordinators day of and complete full set up and tear down.
Event Consultation | $125-150
Our comprehensive event planning and design services are great for organizing corporate events, milestone birthday parties and other celebrations or simply getting over a challenge while planning your wedding,
Working closely with you on whatever necessary details you require, we’ll help pave the way toward a successful event!
Event consulting begins at $125/hour for virtual sessions and $150/hour for in-person meetings.
