Since 2005, we have been entrusted with creating thoughtfully curated celebrations defined by refined details, intentional design, and seamless execution. Maggie Banach, Founder and Creative Director
Dream Occasions is led by Maggie Banach, a wedding coordinator, floral designer, and event stylist with over two decades of experience creating thoughtfully curated celebrations across Ontario.
Maggie’s appreciation for florals and design began early, shaped by time spent alongside her mother, a respected florist known for creating timeless arrangements. Those early experiences formed a deep respect for craftsmanship, balance, and the quiet impact of intentional details.
In 2005, Maggie earned her Wedding Planning Certification through the Wedding Planning Institute of Canada (WPIC), followed by formal floral training at the Canadian Institute of Floral Designs (CIFD) in 2007. Since then, her work has continued to evolve alongside the industry, guided by ongoing education, refined design sensibility, and a commitment to excellence in execution.
Her approach is rooted in intention. Maggie is known for blending organic floral design with structured coordination, creating celebrations that feel elevated, seamless, and personal. Whether overseeing wedding-day logistics, designing floral environments, or transforming tented spaces through draping and lighting, her focus remains on calm leadership, thoughtful flow, and precise execution.
Dream Occasions is especially recognized for its work in tented and outdoor celebrations, where layered design, careful planning, and technical expertise are essential. Maggie brings a steady presence to complex environments, ensuring each event unfolds effortlessly from start to finish.
Outside of her professional work, Maggie is a wife to Rafal and a mother to Valentina and Axel. A dedicated endurance athlete, long-distance training is an integral part of her lifestyle and reflects the discipline, focus, and steady presence she brings to every celebration she oversees.
